How do I sign up for online account access?

Simply register your account from any account sign-in location on our web site. You will need the following information found on your bill:

13-digit account number
4-digit Activation Code (See our FAQ entitled "What is an activation code and how do I get one?" for more details.) or the account holder’s Social Security number (residential accounts only).

Then simply follow the prompts.

If you have additional questions or need assistance, you can call 1-866-245-7742 and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
