Forgot Username or Password

If you have created a secret question for your online account, you can use one of the options below for assistance with your username and/or password:

E-mail My Password

Have your password sent to the
e-mail address we have listed
for you.

 

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your username
  • E-mail address (as listed on your account)
  • Answer to your secret question

Reset My Username/Password

Create a new password for your online account and retrieve your username with the option to
change it.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your SCANA Energy Regulated account number or your Social Security number (account holder's)
  • Answer to your secret question
