Fixed vs. Variable

With Fixed, your price stays the same throughout your contract. With Variable, rates may adjust monthly, offering savings when prices drop.

Per Therm Pricing

Your rate x how much gas you use (measured in therms) = your bill.

Contract Length

Secure rates for 6 or 12 months — longer contracts = better rates but less flexibility.

Effective Dates

Listed above are current residential prices, effective July 5, 2026. Prices expire August 5, 2026.

Service

Service subject to LIHEAP requirements. Customers who establish service may receive an initial bill for less than a complete billing cycle or month.

Fixed Rates

Your fixed therm rate will be guaranteed for the period of time you choose: 6 or 12 billing cycles. Billing cycles average approximately one month each. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.

Variable Rates

New variable rate customers will receive the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle. Prices are subject to change on the 5th of every month. The charges for natural gas consumption are calculated using the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle multiplied by the therm usage for that period. Billing cycles average approximately one month each. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.
